Welcome to Award Winning Craige Barker Photography, a local wedding photography company, working mainly in the Manchester and Cheshire areas, although we have photographed weddings up and down the country and on the Continent.

 

Craige works in conjunction with other photographers to ensure that all aspects of your big day are captured, from the official, posed shots to the more candid moments that as the bride and groom, you may miss.  We aim to give you a full record of your whole day.

 

So, what makes Craige Barker Photography the wedding photographer for you?  We have over 10 years of experience taking wedding photographs and our success has been recognised by the number of bookings we get via recommendations from our happy brides and grooms.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our photographs and the professionalism of our photographers.  We work with you before and during your special day to ensure you have the record you want of what should be one of the best and happiest days of your life.  What makes us different is that, not only do we photograph the bride and groom, family, friends, venue, cake and all the other additional extras that you plan so carefully into your wedding to makes sure it is your perfect day, but we try to capture the emotion of the day.  Our aim is to give you a permanent reminder of the joy, happiness, surprises, laughter and tears that make your wedding unique to you.

 

We are happy to discuss your wedding photography with you, so we can ensure you get the very best experience from us and have wedding photographs that you will cherish forever.  We can also offer a pre-wedding service whereby we plan the type of photographs you want, including specific groups, backgrounds and even those special, once-in-a-lifetime shots that set your photographs apart.

 

So, what happens on the day?

 

We can arrange for your day to begin as early as you want it to.  Grooms may like to have photos of themselves and their groomsmen, prior to the ceremony; brides can want a record of the preparations, from having their hair and make-up done to that last glass of Prosecco before they and their bridesmaids pile into the cars; there may be more personal shots with parents or children or even contemplative moments before the ceremony begins. However you want to start your day, we are happy to accommodate you.

 

After that, we ensure that every aspect of the day is caught on camera.  You will have the usual photos of the bride arriving, the bride and groom leaving, the various family groups, but we can do so much more and, having had years of wedding photography experience, may even give you ideas you hadn’t thought of yourselves.

 

We can stay with you until the cutting of the cake (traditionally, the last official photographs to be taken) or we can continue with you until the end of the evening, making sure all aspects of the celebration are recorded.
